Urbanisation and Cultural Heritage Management in China

Zhang Bo (Northwest University, China) will give the next International Centre for Chinese Heritage and Archaeology (ICCHA) China Night Lecture of 2013-14 at the Institute on 12 December.

Dr Zhang will give a lecture entitled 'Urbanisation and Cultural Heritage Management: Challenges and Opportunities in China' and all are welcome.

Dr Zhang is Lecturer in the School of Cultural Heritage, Northwest University and is currently a visiting scholar at UCL. He obtained his MA from Northwest University and PhD from Sichuan University. He has been involved in several major Shaanxi provincial cultural heritage management and planning projects, with research interests on heritage tourism, industrial heritage and intangible heritage study.

The lecture will be followed by a wine reception in the Institute's Staff Common Room (Room 609).
