Anthropology Alumni Meet and Greet

For how much longer will you be a student? How much thought have you put into what you wish to do once you graduate? If you know of your future vocation, have you identified the steps you need to take to achieve it? Would you benefit from hearing of the experiences of some of our past students?

On Tuesday 25th November at 7pm, you have the wonderful opportunity to meet and hear from alumni of our department.

Five former students, who now work in the fields of law, film-making, fashion marketing and rights, will be talking about their transition from Anthropology undergrad student to the world of work in their chosen field.

Why did they study anthropology? What were their plans following their undergraduate degrees with us? What were their next steps? How did their degrees assist in getting them into their chosen careers? How do they use anthropology in their line of work? And what advice would they have given to their undergraduate selves?

Also joining us will be more recent graduates, who will be around for informal conversation over a glass of wine, following the presentations and Q&A.
