Friday 18 May 2012 - 9:30AM - 4:30PM

UCL Archaeology LT 06, 31-34 Gordon Square, London WC1H 0PY

This is an interdisciplinary workshop drawing people together who are working on sustainability and encourages exploration and networking across UCL. We will explore the varied theoretical and analytical perspectives which different departments bring to the subject. There is an exciting and varied range of papers, short presentations and a film lined up for the day. Different methodological and theoretical perspectives will be explored through topics as varied as gold and heating engineers. Our keynote speaker is Blanche Cameron, Senior Lecturer in Architecture, Graduate School of the Environment at the Centre for Alternative Technology and University of East London. She is also co-founder of Reset Development.

For further details: see the Environment Institute website:

http://www.ucl.ac.uk/environment-institute/

We invite all students to attend and contribute to the debates.

The day is free and open to all:
