Support for your Mental Health during your stay at UCL Americas

Feeling a little (or very!) overwhelmed? Like not quite coping? Like you need to have a quick chat (or a more serious conversation) with someone? We think we may be able to help. Read on!

We have put together a short list of resources on offer by UCL to help you adjust to or keep going with life as university student.

Our team of expert wellbeing, disability and mental health staff provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space

Understanding the issues you are facing is a useful step in dealing with them. These resources may provide a solution in themselves, they may raise questions you'd like to explore with a therapist, or they may supplement other forms of help you receive

Whilst at university, it's important to look after your body, mind and those around you. Taking small steps can have a big impact in helping you find balance between your studies and wellbeing

Student Support and Wellbeing are here if you have any issues with your health, disability or wellbeing - you can easily make an appointment to speak to a member of our caring team.

In addition to UCL's own therapeutic support through Student Psychological and Counselling Services (SPCS), a wide array of counselling options are available externally.
