UCL200 Birthday Celebration in Baku

In February 2026, UCL will kick off its bicentenary with a spectacular projection and sound show in London. 

To mark this historic moment, we are inviting our global alumni community to come together and take part wherever they are in the world.  

You are warmly invited to join an in-person UCL200 alumni event in Baku to watch the London celebrations with fellow alumni over drinks. We hope this event will be the perfect opportunity to mark UCL’s first 200 years and look ahead to the century to come.

Your contact details will subsequently be shared with the British Embassy in Baku, who will be sending you a formal invitation in due course. You must respond to the formal invitation to attend this event. 

This event will also now be taking place on Tuesday 24 February and not Wednesday 18 February as originally intended.
