About the Speaker

Sunita Harley

Sunita Harley (she/her) is an award-winning coach, professional development, and inclusion specialist whose work empowers professionals across sectors to excel and thrive. Her insights have been featured by the BBC, Elle, Psychologies, and People Management magazines.

With over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world, Sunita brings expertise in leadership, talent development, and workplace culture. She is the founder of Collective Insight, a consultancy launched in 2016 that has delivered impactful sessions for organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Marie Curie, Coursera, and leading international law firms.

Before launching her consultancy, Sunita held leadership roles at Herbert Smith Freehills, Slaughter and May, and Addleshaw Goddard. Her commitment to creating inclusive workplaces earned her Diversity Champion of the Year at the 2024 Women & Diversity in Law 2023 Awards.

A graduate of UCL with a BA in Anthropology and Geography, Sunita’s early career was as vibrant as her current one — spanning TV, fashion, and music. As a DJ, she performed on BBC’s Top of the Pops alongside Craig David and Artful Dodger, and collaborated with brands such as Vogue, Nike, The Body Shop, and Kangol. During her UCL days, she would often DJ at UCL Union.

Today, Sunita is also a mental health advocate, IVF warrior, and proud parent with Mauritian roots. She hosts the Lucky Things® podcast, where she explores confidence, careers, and wellbeing, and in 2024 shared her personal story in the BBC Radio 4 Soul Music series.
