Few realise the hidden untapped potential in our leaders and organisations. To be successful, organisations and leaders must optimise performance and overcome challenges. But many leaders can’t do that effectively because they have hidden critical skills shortfalls of which they are unaware. This can restrict personal and organisational performance.

Chris Roebuck shines a light on this hidden problem and provides some insights and interaction to help you take action to ensure your potential is better realised.

Some of the areas Chris will cover during his session:

  • Time shortages and delivery challenges
  • Optimising task delivery
  • Getting the best from people
  • Leveraging the “big picture"
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership

This event is free and open to all, including current leaders, future leaders, and anyone interested in finding out how to interact better with those you work with.

    Key event timings

    • 6pm - doors open
    • 6:30pm - talk begins
