Nathalie helps her clients bring more of their authentic selves to the table, enabling them to lead with intention and confidence and without burning out.
She has coached a diversity of profiles such as corporate and NGO leaders, start-up founders, and PhD candidates. Nathalie has a proven track record of guiding individuals to break through systemic, personal, and mindset barriers, enabling them to achieve their goals while also experiencing transformational change.
Nathalie worked as a change management consultant at several multinational corporations prior becoming a coach.
