About the Speaker
Benedict O'Donnell

B.Sc. Astronomy, 2006
Ben is an entrepreneur, a physicist and a language junky. He is the CEO of an EdTech startup called Naimrod, which is developing the world's first language lessons based on TV series, karaoke and comic strips.
Upon completing his PhD, Ben founded his first company to work on science communication with clients including the International Energy Agency, the European Commission and the European Patent Office.
Ben returned to Paris in 2019 to found a new company in the area of language learning. Naimrod is incubated at Inria, the French Institute for Research in Digital Science.
