We are delighted to welcome recent graduates of the last ten years back to campus for this in-person speed networking event. Not only will you be able to meet and network with fellow recent graduates, but you will also hear from Nicole Weiner, UCL alumna and Executive Coach, on how you can enhance and improve your networking skills now people are returning to physical offices.

Meet and network with fellow recent graduates (Class of 2012 to Class of 2022) at this in-person speed networking session. You will begin the session hearing from Nicole Weiner, UCL alumna and Executive Coach ACC, who will explain the art of networking, the subtle differences between virtual and face-to-face conversations and how you can build and improve your networks now that people are returning to physical offices. Afterwards, put what you have learnt into practice by speed-networking among your fellow recent graduates. Make lasting connections with UCL alumni which will help you get ahead in your professional career.

About the Speaker

Nicole Weiner

Executive Coach ACC at Hikaru Coaching

Born and raised in Switzerland, she studied at UCL before working in finance for over 14 years. Nicole has built a career in sales, marketing and relationship management in investment consulting including being a member of the Executive Committee. She believes a more diverse and inclusive workforce is transformational to business performance and building and leading women's networks has given her the opportunity to accelerate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). 

Founder of Hikaru Coaching, she is now an accredited Executive Coach (ACC) and works with clients in finance, legal and start-ups on topics ranging from managing teams effectively, work/life balance, resilience, challenging conversations to being an authentic leader.
