Researcher at Oxford Internet Institute
Jess is a researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute, where she is a member of the Digital Ethics Lab, policy lead at the University of Oxford's DataLab, and the AI subject matter expert for NHSX. Jess's research focuses on the governance of digital health with a particular focus on data-driven technology.
