RDSS is now mounted on Myriad login nodes

This guide outlines shows how to transfer data between RDSS and Myriad.

The RDSS and BIOMED file systems are mounted on the Myriad login nodes under /rdss and/biomed respectively, and accessed in the same way as you would on on the RDP-SSH server. Myriad's scratch storage is mounted in the normal location. Please see an example of changing directory to a RDSS project below. You can find the correct path to your project by visiting the web admin portal and looking up project and finding the information under "Location of your storage area"

Please note, for running jobs you still need to copy between RDSS and Scratch.
