Managing research data effectively is an essential part of good research practice. UCL Library Services invites all researchers, postgraduate students, and professional services colleagues to our dedicated Research Data Drop-in session to discuss your needs and get expert guidance.

During the session, Library staff will be available to answer questions and provide support on topics including:

  • Understanding and applying the UCL Research Data Policy
  • Creating, improving, and maintaining Data Management Plans (DMPs)
  • Submitting data to the UCL Research Data Repository
  • Managing data throughout the research lifecycle
  • Accessing training and resources, such as the Writing Data Management Plans training sessions

Whether you are in the early stages of your research or preparing to archive your data, we are here to support you.

Who should attend:
This session is open to all UCL researchers, academic and professional staff, and postgraduate students. No prior booking is required—simply come along with your questions or data management challenges.
