This document includes the terms and conditions for the UCL Accommodation welcome survey 2019.
1. The prize draw is open to all postgraduate UCL Accommodation 2019/2020 residents who complete the UCL Accommodation welcome survey 2019. UCL or associated third party contractor staff members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the UCL Accommodation welcome survey 2019.
3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. There is a total of 22 prizes as follows:
1 x £40 Amazon Voucher
1 x £20 Amazon Voucher
20 x £10 Amazon Voucher
4. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 18 December 2019 [with winners drawn by UCL Accommodation on 4 January 2019 (due to Christmas closure period), using a computer programme to randomly generate the winners]
5. The winners will be notified by email week commencing 4 January 2020 (due to Christmas closure period) to the UCL e-mail address. If one or more winners do not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. To claim the prize the winners must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winners will have to collect their prize from Bidborough House, 38-50 Bidborough Street, London WC1H 9BT.
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
9. In the event of any dispute, UCL Accommodation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
