This document includes the terms and conditions for the UCL Accommodation Christmas Day Meal feedback survey 2020.
1. The prize draw is open to all UCL Accommodation 2019/2020 residents who complete the UCL Accommodation Christmas Day Meal feedback survey 2020. UCL or associated third party contractor staff members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the UCL Accommodation Christmas Day Meal feedback survey 2020.
3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. There is a total of 4 prizes as follows:
1 x £40 Amazon Voucher
1 x £20 Amazon Voucher
2 x £10 Amazon Voucher
4. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 9 February 2020 [with winners drawn by UCL Accommodation on 10 February 2020, using a computer programme to randomly generate the winners]
5. The winners will be notified by email week commencing 10 February 2020 to their UCL e-mail address. If one or more winners do not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. To claim the prize the winners must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winners will have to collect their prize from from the 3rd floor Reception at Bidborough House, 38-50 Bidborough St, London WC1H 9BT.
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
9. In the event of any dispute, UCL Accommodation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
