NOTICE TO CLIENTS
UCL iLAC SERVICE DURING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

Our service remains open during the coronavirus pandemic and staff are mostly working remotely, with a skeleton staff attending the office on some days. Where possible, we will assist clients by telephone, video call or email. In limited circumstances where it is not appropriate to have a telephone or video call, we are able to offer a face to face appointment.
We are currently not able to offer any drop-in services due to limited staff presence and the need to ensure social distancing. Attendance at our office must be by appointment only.
We have put in place measures at our office to ensure social distancing, in order to protect staff and clients. If you have an appointment with us, we will inform you about these measures in writing.
We ask clients to please send us documents by email rather than post, if possible. You can take photos of the pages if you are unable to scan them and send them to us by email or whatsapp (see mobile number below).
