We are looking for UCL Laws Alumni who took part in activities with the Centre for Access to Justice to get involved in our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration Video!
The UCL Centre for Access to Justice will be celebrating its 10 Year Anniversary in March 2023.
As part of these celebrations we are looking to put together a short video from past volunteers talking about their experiences of volunteering with the Centre or advice for future volunteers.
We are looking for UCL Laws Alumni (either LLB or LLM) who took part in Access to Justice and Community Engagement, undertook a pro bono placement through the CAJ, or got involved in one of our student led projects.
We are asking alumni to film themselves making a short (no more than 30 seconds) video which will then be compiled together. We are asking alumni to respond to one (or more) of the three questions below:
- Your favourite memory/experience while doing casework or pro bono volunteering?
- Your biggest takeaway/learning experience while doing casework or pro bono volunteering?
- Any advice for future students doing casework, pro bono volunteering, or wanting to pursue a career in social justice.
If you are interested in taking part, please contact Shiva at s.riahi@ucl.ac.uk for futher details.
