UCL staff
UCL has around 18,000 staff across 20 academic and non-academic areas.
The Human Resources (HR) team, led by UCL’s Chief People Officer, provides people services to the whole university and supports local HR officers as well as Faculty and Department Managers. The team offers a full spectrum of in-person and online development programmes and bespoke activities.
Within HR, UCL Organisational Development team contributes to UCL’s mission by supporting our leaders, staff, and research students to achieve excellence, build careers, and play their part in changing the world for the better.
