Martin D. Adams is a technology strategist, entrepreneur, and former intellectual property and privacy lawyer. A UCL Laws alumnus, he studied across the UK, Australia (UNSW), and the US (Harvard Law School, where he also worked at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society). He began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis in New York before transitioning into innovative technologies.
Martin is Co-Founder and COO of Metaphysic (a TIME100 Most Influential Company) where he has worked with the World Economic Forum as a Global Innovator, and helped establish the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA)- advancing transparency and trust in digital media.
Martin understands the power of technology (he is a patent holder in generative AI technologies), but more importantly its social and cultural dimensions. This has allowed him to advise corporates, institutions and governments in delivering successful digital transformation. He speaks internationally on innovation, including for clients like the European Commission, Oracle and Unilever. He brings global experience at the intersection of law, technology, and public impact.
