This meeting will cover Web-related online training, taking payments online in the UCL environment and the very important issue of Freedom of Information which has implications for all of us working in the online field.

2.30 - 3.00	TheLearningZone Dr Fiona Strawbridge (IT Training Section Leader, Information Systems) An introduction to the wide range of Web-related training UCL now provides online.
3.00 - 3.30	Freedom of Information Rosamund Cummings (Records Manager and UCL Freedom of Information Officer) As required by law, UCL has extensive details of its Freedom of Information Publication Plan online - but what are the implications for and responsibilities of individuals and departments?
3.30 - 4.00	TEA
4.00 - 4.30	Taking payments online Dan Stowell (Faculty Information Support Officer, Life Sciences) Increasingly, it can be desirable to be able to accept online credit/debit card payments. Dan will describe how this has been achieved for a number of UCL sites, using Barclays' "ePDQ" service.
