Recording and uploading your presentation

How to record and upload your presentation - deadline 3rd September 13:00 British Summer Time

While the conference sessions will be held in real time - so you'll need to be online during your session - to avoid internet issues, all speakers should pre-record their talks and send them to the conference organisers.

** Deadline for upload: 3rd September 2020, 13:00 British Summer Time **

** Keep checking back - we will add more information over summer **

(We will circulate links for upload at the end of August).

Please make sure you follow these instructions when preparing your talk:

  • Each talk has been allocated 15 minutes for pre-recorded material
  • Each pre-recorded talk will be followed by 5 minutes for live questions - make sure you are available for this.
  • The video should be formatted as .mp4
  • The file name should include the EasyChair reference number of your talk
  • The video should allow viewers to clearly see any content you present (so, for example, slides with a voice over would work well, but a video of you giving a talk on a stage with slides in the background would not).
  • Before you submit the recorded talk, please make sure that both the video and audio are high quality and that your voice can be heard clearly.

** NB: both your recorded talk and the live recording of all the sessions will be available to ticket-holders for up to 3 months following the conference **
