26th October 2005: JDO Pause Lifted
At the Branch meeting following today's AGM, UCL members of Amicus voted to lift the JDO Pause. They are, however, still in dispute with UCL over the proposed Grievance Procedures.

On Monday 3rd October 2005, UCL's three unions agreed a negotiated package of arrangements under the Pay Framework Agreement for UCL. However, we are still in negotiations with UCL regarding the new Grievance Procedures, so our "Pause" on submitting JDOs is still in place which means we are not in a position to ballot members yet. When the Grievance Procedure issue is resolved, this package will be put to a ballot of our members on whether to accept it. This will be a postal ballot, conducted internally.

Below are the documents agreed to be put to ballot. They can be read online or downloaded to your computer.
