Involved in cycle maintenance events, acting as the liaising person between the public and the bike fixers, ensuring that things move smoothly. In a typical 3 hour session I deal with around 75 people and co-ordinate work between 5 fixers.

In the first year I was the incoming officer where I was responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the internships by liaising between the local employers and international students. Was also responsible for coordinating all paper work, including work permits and VISAs. In the second year I was the financial officer, repsonsible for the committee's accounts.

Assistant in the area of wood conservation science, working on ongoing research on the penetration of consolidants into wood, adhesion of lacquers to different substrates, and defibrillation of timbers. Had the opportunity to work for a few days at the National Archives (Prague), where I worked alongside paper conservators and scientists.
