I am an applied mathematician focussing my research on atmospheric fluid dynamics
as a PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at UCL
under the supervision of Prof. J. Gavin Esler.
Short CV
In recent years I have been directing my research on the dynamical evolution of the polar vortex before split-type stratospheric sudden warmings (SSWs). The following mathematical tools characterise my research:
I am the problem class teacher of the course Fluid Mechanics (MATH0015) in the academic year 2019-2020.
I also do small group teaching for the course. Additional problems and solutions are posted here.
I founded and organised the UCL Postgraduate Fluid Dynamics Seminars for years.
This is a seminar series given by PhD students to UCL PhD students.
I no longer organise these seminars and the website above is no longer maintained!
Information is now updated on the UCL website .
