UCL ADM

Undergraduate Maths Colloquium

The UCL Undergrad Maths Colloquium meets weekly during term to discuss and share interesting mathematical topics outside of (or complimentary to) our normal lecture courses. Each week an undergraduate gives a talk on a mathematical subject or problem which is of interest to them. Attending the colloquium will not only broaden your knowledge of mathematics, but will also enable you to meet like-minded people across all years. All students are encouraged to participate actively and give a talk, as well as attend any talks of interest to them. This term the Colloquium will take place in Room 706, Maths Department, Tuesdays 5-6 pm. The easiest way to find out about future topics is to look for the posters in the Maths Department or follow our Facebook page. If you would like to learn more about the cool talks that were given at the colloquium in past years, go to http://uclmaths.org/index.php/Main_Page. If you are interested in giving a talk, feel free to contact Atheeta Ching or Dea Bankova (Maths, Year 3) at any time. We look forward to seeing you there!
