UCL RNAi library

Welcome to the UCL RNAi core facility webpage. Here you will find all the information about the libraries we distribute, how to order and use them.

We currently have two shRNA libraries:

  • Thermo Scientific Open Biosystems pGIPZ human lentiviral shRNAmir library
  • NKI Cancer specific pRetroSuperCAM human Gammaretroviral shRNA library

These libraries can be purchased as individual hairpins or as pooled libraries for multiplex screening.

Although we do not have a specific Mouse or Rat library at this stage, you will find that many of the clones in these libraries are homologous with Mouse and Rat therefore it is still worth taking a look.
