Q-PCR

Our Eppendorf Mastercycler ep Realplex is considered one of the most sophisticated quantitative Real-time PCR (qPCR) systems currently available. The system contains 96 independent LEDs, enabling extremely accurate absolute and relative target quantification. Additionally, it has the ability to detect up to four fluorophores simultaneously, thereby allowing both monoplex, and multiplex reactions.
