There is an ÄKTA Explorer in the Paul O'Gorman Building housed in a Cold Cabinet, plus an ÄKTA prime. These systems are used for biomolecule characterisation and purification using Size Exclusion, Ion Exchange, Reverse Phase or Affinity Chromatography strategies.

These systems can be booked to use only after training.
