Bookings

Internal bookings

All UCL staff and students can book this equipment through Outlook. Please contact Dr. Robert Francis for further details.

When contacting Dr Robert Francis to arrange a booking, please ensure that you provide the following mandatory information: 

  • Your full name
  • Name of your department
  • Your Finance Officer’s name
  • Account code for charges
  • The equipment you wish to use and the hours/dates required.

External bookings

When  arranging a booking, please ensure that you provide a purchase order including the following mandatory information:

  • Your full name
  • Company address and department name
  • Finance contact details: address,Tel and Email
  • PO number 
  • PO Description MUST BE CLEAR: Hire of equipment …  date ../../.. hours…
  • VAT number
  • Amount
