Training

Users must be trained prior to using any item of equipment.  To arrange training please contact Robert Francis.

Until August we will unfortunately not be able to accept bookings for new users on the equipment.

Other UCL Users: 

When contacting Alison Kelly to arrange a booking, please ensure that you provide the following mandatory information: 

  • Your full name
  • Name of your department
  • Your Finance Officer’s name
  • Account code for charges
  • The equipment you wish to use and the hours/dates required.
  • Note: IDT payments no longer need to be sent to us, we will send the IDT to your Finance Officer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND IDT’S TO JAKE RABY.

External (Outside of UCL)

When contacting Alison Kelly to arrange a booking, please ensure that  you provide a purchase order including the following mandatory information:

  • Your full name
  • Company address and department name
  • Finance contact details: address,Tel and Email
  • PO number 
  • PO Description MUST BE CLEAR: Hire of equipment …  date ../../.. hours…
  • VAT number
  • Amount
Reporting faults with the equipment
