Enrolment confirmation
UCL recognises that offers of places are often made and accepted a long time in advance of the proposed start of the programme of study. It is important that you keep UCL up to date with any changes since you originally accepted our offer of admission. We would be particularly grateful if you would keep us informed of the following:
- The results of your examinations/tests to which a conditional offer relates
- If you wish to defer your admission
- If you have decided to withdraw your acceptance and will not be enrolling.

If you are holding a conditional offer of admission, please inform UCL as soon as you have received the results of your examination/test to which the condition on your offer relates. Once we have received acceptable documentation confirming that all offer conditions have been met, UCL will amend your record and issue a revised unconditional offer. If you have been unable to satisfy the conditions upon which your offer was based, you may request that your application be reconsidered. In this circumstance, you should note, there is no obligation on the part of UCL to admit you.
If you wish to defer your admission, please indicate on the form the reasons for wanting a deferral. While any request for deferral will be considered sympathetically, it may not always be possible to grant permission for deferment of admission.
If you are holding an unconditional offer and are intending to enrol on the date stated on your offer letter, there is no need to contact UCL Admissions.
If you have any queries, please contact UCL Admissions +44 (0)20 7679 7381/7742.
