New Developments Showcase
Presenters from across UCL talked about novel approaches to teaching and learning – a very varied selection of topics and disciplines:
- Deborah Gill (Academic Centre for Medical Education) talked about her use of case-based learning;
- Jane Walker (Management Science and Innovation) and Matt Whyndham (Space and Climate Physics) introduced their “Project Game”;
- Ulrich Tiedau (Department of Dutch) discussed the use of “Open Educational Resources”; View Slides
- Erica Ander (College Collections) presented a new teachers' web resource, about object-based learning;
- Clive Young (LTSS) demonstrated some of the less-well-known features of Moodle.
