Digital Story-telling
Martin Jenkins,
Academic Manager of the University of Gloucester Centre for Active Learning (CeAL), gave a presentation on
Digital Story-telling as introduced at Gloucestershire University.
After an introduction to
digital story-telling and putting it in the context of how it is used by
different departments at Gloucestershire University, he played some "digital
stories". There was a lively discussion after each story, in particular how
stories could engage students, encourage reflection
and be evaluated.
