Briefing and Q and A session
The final TLN meeting of this academic year took a look at the latest version of Moodle, UCL’s officially supported Virtual Learning Environment. Version 1.9
incorporates a wide variety of enhancements, including:
- a completely revamped gradebook (courtesy of the Open University);
- an improved question bank in the quiz module allowing questions to be shared across a site, a course category or a single course;
- the ability to keep notes on individual students as well as ‘under the hood’ scalability and performance improvements.
