The School of Life and Medical Sciences (SLMS) recently established an Education Domain, headed by Dr Joyce Harper of the UCL Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Institute for Women’s Health. Here, she tells Ele Cooper about its aims and how she plans to go about achieving them.

MyPortfolio is the e-portfolio system currently being used at UCL. E-portfolios are very useful for a number of reasons, including gathering evidence of work, capturing reflections and sharing work with others. The MyPortfolio system includes features such as file storage and sharing, journals, plans and the CV builder. The E-Learning Environments (ELE) team recently upgraded MyPortfolio, adding a range of new features.
