Study Assistance Scheme

The Study Assistance Scheme helps employees who wish to:

  • Study for a degree
  • Undertake a doctorate programme
  • Study for a professional, job-related qualification

To qualify for the scheme, your proposed study must:

  • Be nationally approved as a vocational qualification
  • Be related to your area of work
  • Be credit-bearing
  • Lead to a qualification
  • Be approved by your head of department
