Short Courses
What we offer
UCLse offers a range of open short courses to promote individual and corporate development in:
Delegates use our courses to learn new knowledge (such as what is 'systems thinking'), to plug
skills gaps in their capability (such as how to deliver complex technology projects) or to develop their careers.
Our experience
Our courses are based on twenty years of executive education and Masters-level training in the areas of applying systems thinking and systems engineering, and managing complex technology projects.
Our practical experience is derived mainly from the space sector, where we have contributed to over two-hundred successful space science missions over the last fifty years. This experience has been consolidated in a number of principles of systems engineering management, which underpin all of our training.
Location
Courses are run in London typically on, or near, the UCL campus - a short walk from Euston station.
Customised training
We also deliver customised courses for organisations that want to tailor the content of their training or want courses delivered at their workplaces. Customers include the European Space Agency, BAE Systems, Marshall, TfL, General Electric, General Dynamics, QinetiQ, Leonardo, Ultra Electronics and BP.
