Where do I go for further information on the situation at UCL?

Staff and students at UCL will be kept updated through the following channels:

  • Online: this webpage will be updated regularly with information on how swine flu is impacting here at UCL.
  • Email: we will send out all staff/all student emails with key information updates.
  • SMS: Work is in hand to enable UCL, from October 2009, to contact staff and students by SMS in the event of an emergency. For members of staff – you can find out how to register for the service here: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/myview. If you are unable to log on to MyView or do not know your UCL password, please contact the IS helpdesk on 0207 679 5000 (ext 25000).  For students: the information is being drawn from the Portico system.

In addition, each department’s management will be in contact with its staff and students with any specific issues relevant to that department.
