Our Research
The National Medical Laser Centre's research is the driving force behind many treatments which improve and save lives in UK hospitals, and has helped bring to the world Photodynamic Therapy, Photochemical Internalisation, and other pioneering techniques. Our efforts are often showcased in the frequent publications which discuss the advancements of science spearheaded under our roof.
Our research falls under two categories, those studies which involve patient participation in clinical trials, and those which just require lab work.
