What is CALM?


CALM is an online, multimedia health information and self-management packages, helping you to understand and manage a range of common mental health problems and illnesses. The CALM management programmes will teach you well-established skills and techniques to identify, motivate, monitor and self-manage:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • stress
  • insomnia
  • drug/alcohol/misuse
