Prediction Uncertainty of Principal Component Regression and Partial Least Squares Regression
I am investigating the quantification of prediction uncertainty for the factor-based approaches principal components regression and partial least squares regression, which are commonly used to derive linear prediction equations with high dimensional data. As application of particular interest is near infrared spectroscopy.
