Professor Tom Fearn elected President of the International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy

At the 18^th International Conference on Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Copenhagen this summer Professor Tom Fearn was elected President of the International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy (ICNIRS) for the next two years.
