Message of support from the trade unions

On behalf of UCL's campus trade unions, we would encourage you to take part in UCL's third staff survey. This survey is a chance for all staff to say, anonymously, what they think about working at UCL. You should complete this survey in work time, and it should take no more than twenty minutes. It is important to us that as many staff as possible complete it as this will allow us to gather a representative picture of staff views.

The survey repeats the format of the second staff survey in 2009, allowing UCL management and trade unions to compare responses over time, and for us all to determine how well UCL management have listened and responded to issues raised. Please use this opportunity to give your views on working for UCL, as this will help us identify areas where further actions can be taken to improve the working experience of us all.
