Staff Survey Update
I am pleased to announce that Ayse Akarca in the Research Department of Haematology was the winner of the individual prize draw from the staff survey. Ayse has received her tablet of choice (I shall not advertise) and is delighted with it. In addition £57,160 is being donated to the Student Hardship Fund from the contribution from each returned questionnaire. Thank you again to all who took the time to participate.
What happens next?
ORC International, our partner organisation, are analysing the responses and pulling together UCL-wide and Faculty/Division reports. These will be presented to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on 29 January 2014. In line with public commitment, the overall UCL report will be shared with all staff within 4 weeks of this date. Local results will also be made available and shared with staff through line managers at around the same time.
All staff are encouraged to participate in discussions around the feedback and participate in resulting action planning. Deans, Vice-Provosts and Heads of Divisions will be responsible for ensuring they identify three areas to celebrate, three areas to improve and three to investigate further and will define clear action plans with improvement outcomes and measures.
