A big thank you to all those staff who took part in the 2013 survey, helping to make the return rate this year the highest ever (57%), with £57,160 donated to the Student Hardship Fund from the contribution from each returned questionnaire.

What We’re Doing

UCL-wide and Faculty/Division reports were presented to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on 29 January 2014 and subsequently shared with staff.

Deans, Vice-Provosts and Heads of Divisions are responsible for ensuring they identify three areas to celebrate, three areas to improve and three to investigate further and to develop clear action plans with improvement outcomes and measures. Read the first six-monthly update (hyperlink) for actions and progress both corporately and locally.

All staff are encouraged to participate in ongoing discussions around the feedback and in resulting action planning and activities to help shape the environment you want to work in and make UCL a great place to work.

We will continue to report on new initiatives and activities that are developed in response to listening to your views.
