Equipment Loans

Staff wishing to book equipment for use in centrally-bookable space may do so either through Room Bookings, at the same time as booking the room, or directly with the AV Centre. Equipment for use in Departmental rooms should be booked directly with the AV Centre.

The AV Centre will send an Equipment Booking Notification e-mail detailing the period of the loan and the items of equipment to be used, together with any special instructions. When querying or amending bookings please have this e-mail to hand and quote the Loan ID which appears in the first line of the message.

Public address (P.A.) systems
Video cassette players
