Contacting Former Students from my Department

The Alumni Relations team has access to a database containing contact details for more than 100,000 former UCL students.

The team's aim is to centralise as much data about alumni that exists as possible, so that former students are able to update their details with Alumni Relations, which can can then share this up-to-date information with staff when they request it.

UCL staff are able to request reports detailing their departmental alumni; the Alumni Relations team can also send address labels to staff who wish to mail their departmental alumni.

The Alumni Relations team conducts its activities in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and therefore requires any member of UCL staff to sign a data protection agreement prior to the release of any information on former students.
