UCL staff elections to serve on UCL committees

Academic Services (within Student and Registry Services) is responsible for coordinating the election of UCL staff to serve on the following UCL committees that provide for the elected representation of UCL staff:

1. Academic Board

Elected non-professorial academic staff, teaching fellow staff and non-academic staff

  • A nomination form for the election of non-professorial academic staff, teaching fellows, staff and non-academic to serve on Academic Board is available to download HERE.

2. Academic Committee

Eight academic staff - including at least one professor and one non-professor from each School - elected by and from among the professorial and non-professorial academic staff members of Academic Board

3. Council

Three professorial and three non-professorial academic staff members of Academic Board

4. Education Committee

Three academic staff - including at least one professor and one non-professor - elected by and from among the professorial and non-professorial academic staff members of Academic Board

5. Library Committee

One member of non-professorial academic staff, elected by and from the elected non-professorial academic staff members of Academic Board

6.  Research Degrees Committee

Three academic staff - including at least one professor and one non-professor - elected by and from among the professorial and non-professorial academic staff members of Academic Board
