Mr Max Brunner Presentation

Mr Max Brunner, Deputy Head of International Department at the “Ecole Nationale d’administration”, ENA, visited UCL to give a talk on challenges of training senior civil servants in a changing world and present the programs offered by ENA.
Born in 1961, Mr Brunner is graduated from the Institut d’études politiques d’Aix-en-Provence, from a School of Business CERAM Business School » and from the Ecole nationale d’administration, ENA, (promotion René Cassin, 2001-2003).
During his first years of career he was Manager of the budget Office at the Ministry of Justice (2003-2006). He became Manager of the Office of the operators (February-September 2007), Head of the management control Department (September 2006- August 2011), and then Assistant to the Deputy Director of the mission of programs respons ible for the performance sector (evaluation, management control and audit) and Head of the management control (April 2009-August 2011), at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is Deputy Head of International Department at the “Ecole Nationale d’administration”, ENA, since September 2011.
