Deborah Savage is a Teaching Fellow at UCL and also teaches at the University of Essex. She gained her Bachelor's degree at the University of Cambridge and then a Masters in Human Rights at Essex. Her doctoral thesis focused on the relationship between democratic obligation and international justice. Her research interests include normative democratic theory, especially political equality; the relationship between democracy and justice; transnational justice and global ethics.
