Dr David Bellis
David Bellis recently completed his Ph.D at UCL on the Cuban Revolution and the development of colloquial poetry in Spanish America. His research interests include the relationship between literature and politics, and Orientalism in Spanish-American poetry. He teaches undergraduate courses on translation from Spanish into English, and the Dictator Novel in Spanish America.
